1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is securely prepared for your pets.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the items.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our fulfillment center. The tracking number will typically become active and update within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
You can use this number to follow your pet gear’s journey straight to your doorstep via our online tracking page.
4. Multi-Item Orders & Separate Deliveries
To provide you with the widest variety of innovative pet items, we source our products from multiple specialized fulfillment centers. If you order different types of items (such as an orthopedic bed alongside a grooming tool or water bottle), they may be packaged separately and arrive at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each separate parcel.
5. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
The Pet Ease is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the delivery address was entered incorrectly at checkout. If your package arrives damaged from the carrier, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team immediately so we can help you file a claim or arrange a replacement.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to update your details before shipment.
